With our program credits, you can make unlimited changes to your booking, and if you prefer to get a refund, you can purchase a Cancellation Waiver when you book. You’ll also get to pay your way – including an interest-free instalment option.

1) Unlimited changes

We’re flexible! Need to change your date, duration, program or location? We’ll give you program credit to re-book your program up to 48 hours before your program start date, depending on the program and location*. 

*Must be re-booked within 12 months of the original program start date.

2) Interest-free payment plans

Pay for your GVI program via three different payment plan methods, giving you options that work best for your lifestyle and budget. Want to pay in instalments? No problem – we provide interest-free instalment plan options.

3) Choose a refund

Purchase our Cancellation Waiver when you book, and receive a partial refund of your program fee (less your program deposit and Cancellation Waiver Fee). Cancel up to 48 hours before your program start date – depending on the program and location.

4) Cancellation by GVI

Unexpected situations can happen. If an unavoidable and uncontrollable event occurs (such as a natural disaster), and we have to cancel your program, we’ll provide you with alternative program options, or program credit.

If we have to cancel a program for any other reason, we’ll give you full program credit. Or, if that doesn’t work for you, we’ll provide a full refund.
